Restaurant Review – Zorba’s Greek Cafe in Dallas / Plano
I love Greek food and now love Zorba's.
We went there with about ten people and just missed the evening rush. We were seated in no time and the service was great.
Greek food is rarely bad, it just tends to be either "meh" or great, and Zorba's is definitely in the great category.
We ordered appetizers and full meals and everything was excellent, which is rare. The octopus appetizer phenomenal, with a lemony flavor and tender (at least for octopus). I'd be willing to drive the 3 hours back there just for this dish.
As far as the price, it's not as cheap as a Gyros sandwich shop. but for a sit down Greek meal it is reasonable.
Definitely try this restaurant. You'll be glad you did.
